PPS Products is the independent product house of PPS Group. We build focused software for the work organisations actually have to do every day.
First direction
PPS Flow.
PPS Flow is the first major PPS Products direction, beginning with agriculture-led trade and the AgroDealer opportunity. It is an operational product direction, not an Insight module. The detailed product scope is being recovered and re-established as its own product workstream before further engineering proceeds.

Operational first
Products solve concrete operating problems: transactions, records, controls, workflow and the daily work required to run a business.

Independent from Insight
Products are standalone applications. They do not need PPS Insight to perform their operational job, and Insight does not own their domain logic.

Evidence can flow upward
When useful, Products can produce structured evidence that PPS Insight can later use to understand the organisation and support decisions.
The Group relationship
Products do the work. Insight understands the evidence.
A PPS product can generate evidence that Insight later uses for organisational intelligence. The products remain operationally independent; the relationship is a deliberate ecosystem advantage, not a shared application boundary.
