First direction
PPS Flow.
PPS Flow is the first major PPS Products direction, beginning with agriculture-led trade and the AgroDealer opportunity. It is an operational product direction, not an Insight module. The detailed product scope is being recovered and re-established as its own product workstream before further engineering proceeds.

Products solve concrete operating problems: transactions, records, controls, workflow and the daily work required to run a business.

Independent from Insight
Products are standalone applications. They do not need PPS Insight to perform their operational job, and Insight does not own their domain logic.

Evidence can flow upward
When useful, Products can produce structured evidence that PPS Insight can later use to understand the organisation and support decisions.

A local-first workspace for reviewing ledger quality, cost movement and operating activity together. Import your own records, inspect the underlying transactions, and calculate cost per activity unit where cost line, entity and period evidence align. Carry supported questions into an owned investigation and measurement workflow. A budget variance alone is never presented as a verified saving.
Your imported files are processed in this browser. Start with your own current ledger and activity evidence; the tool opens with no organisation data loaded. Unit rates require matching source labels and remain subject to cost-allocation and activity-scope review.

A PPS product can generate evidence that Insight later uses for organisational intelligence. The products remain operationally independent; the relationship is a deliberate ecosystem advantage, not a shared application boundary.
