Who we are

Proven Profit Solutions Ltd ("we", "us") provides PPS Insight™. We are the data controller for the personal data described here, which means we decide how and why it is used. You can reach us at findmuwa@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

• Account details — name, email address, phone number, role and sign-in credentials. Used to create and secure your account and to contact you about the service. Basis: performance of our contract with you.
• Business information you submit — company details, statutory identifiers, financial figures, documents and answers you provide. Used to deliver the readings and reports you ask for. Basis: performance of our contract.
• Support messages and feedback — used to answer you and to improve the service. Basis: contract and our legitimate interests.
• Usage and technical data — pages visited, actions taken, device identifiers, IP address and error records. Used for security, fraud prevention, reliability and product improvement. Basis: our legitimate interests.
• Subscription and payment records — plan, status, payment reference and confirmation records. Used to manage your access and to keep accurate records. Basis: contract and legal obligation.

Who we share it with

• Service providers — hosting, database, email delivery and analytics providers acting on our instructions.
• Our Merchant of Record — Paddle, for the sale of subscriptions, payments, invoicing, tax compliance and refunds.
• Mobile money provider — where you choose to pay by Airtel Money.
• Professional advisers — legal and accounting advisers where necessary.
• Authorities — where we are required to disclose by law.

We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Account and business records are kept for as long as your account is open, and for up to seven years afterwards where we must retain records for legal, tax or accounting reasons. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of your personal data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable form. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Write to findmuwa@gmail.com and we will respond within one month. If you are in the UK or EEA you may also complain to your supervisory authority.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves the UK or EEA we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses.

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, row-level access rules that keep each account's records separate, and audit logging of administrative access. No card details are stored by us.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local browser storage to keep you signed in and to hold your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. You can clear this storage in your browser at any time, though you will then need to sign in again.
